Inês and Renato’s pre-wedding session took place in one of Setúbal’s most unique and peaceful locations - the Moinho de Maré da Mourisca, set within the stunning Sado Estuary Natural Reserve.
This historic tide mill, originally built in the 17th century and once used to grind grain using the natural movement of the tides, is now a beautifully preserved space surrounded by wetlands, salt flats, and wide open landscapes.
The area is known for its rich biodiversity and is a privileged spot for birdwatching, with wooden walkways, observation points, and quiet docks where small boats rest by the water.
As we explored the surroundings, we embraced the calm rhythm of the place : the stillness of the water, the endless green fields stretching into the horizon, and the soft textures of this natural environment. Photographed during golden hour, the warm light added a dreamy glow to the entire session, creating a soft and romantic atmosphere.
