With two photographers/videographers, we can capture many more reactions throughout the day, which I believe is essential for telling the story in the best way possible.

No. Editing is the language of the photographer and no product is complete without it. The same way you wouldn’t want to purchase a cake just for the baker to hand you the ingredients, you wouldn’t want huge files that are only information waiting to be processed by editing software.
